The Aazol Utsav Box brings together the work of passionate makers from across Maharashtra, each preserving the flavours and food traditions of their region. In Alibaug, Neelima Madhukar Naik and Snehal Pravin Naik of Naik’s Konkan Food Bazaar create the Amla Gulkand and Soft Coconut Jaggery Chikki Bar, carrying forward treasured family recipes through a women-supported family enterprise. From Malvan, Dinanath Gawde of Ruchira Foods transforms locally grown kokum into traditional products while creating opportunities for women and young people in his community. Chetan and Devendra Patil of Om Sai Agro work with farmers around Dhule to support local agriculture and bring ancient Khapli wheat to more homes, while Milan Tai and the women of Vighnaharta SHG in Raigad prepare Red Rice Poha using local grains. In Kolhapur, Kalpana Patil and her daughter Anushka of KP Foods continue a family tradition of handcrafted food through their all-women unit, makers of the Seven Seed Bar.
