- 500g grated carrots

- 4 cups full-fat milk

- 1 cup sugar

  1. Fry nuts in Ghee until golden brown and set aside.

- Chopped cilantro for garnish

  2. Cook until tomatoes soften, then add peas and roasted lotus seeds.
  3. Pour water, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Adjust consistency, garnish with cilantro.
